Marsh Creek’s 2nd Night of Lights is ALMOST upon us!

You should have received a reminder postcard by now, and already neighbors are organizing street parties, preparing wines, chili and other dining treats for walkers roaming the neighborhood with kids, pets and beverage of choice to soak in the Holiday spirit(s).
For you last-minute shoppers, Peter Clayton reports finding a combo deal for $40 on Amazon listed under “luminary bags and candles”: 50 paper bags and 50 “flickering” LED candles. These bags sport cutout designs to kick the illumination up a notch. Candle replacement batteries (for next year) are easy to find and inexpensive. When Peter made his purchase, 13 remained in stock.
PRO TIP: Always consider buying extra supplies, both for an “encore” on Christmas Eve, as well as a hedge on next year’s celebrations.
