TS 9 Will Pay a Visit – Offshore

So far, so good, according to the National Hurricane Center. This morning’s alert continues to show Tropical Storm 9 moving up from the Bahamas overnight, staying well offshore before sharply veering off Central Florida into the open waters of the Atlantic early Wednesday morning. This welcome developments spares Northeast Florida from the possibility of heavy rains and high winds, and Georgia and the Carolinas from a direct hit.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for...
* East coast of Florida from the Palm Beach/Martin County Line to
the Flagler/Volusia County Line

Northeast Florida will experience rain tomorrow and Tuesday, and maybe some heightened winds. So a few soggy days ahead, but as of this moment, a fortunate turn of events.
