Lucky Wednesday?

This was the scene behind Marsh Creek shortly before 11am. Hopefully, everyone finds their “gold” today.

  1. We have seen quite a few rainbows lately due to all of these showers. Some were double rainbows. I never get tired of looking at them and watch them from start to finish. Dianna pointed out a beautiful full double rainbow to someone at Publix a while back, and they just said “oh yeah“took a quick look and walked into the store.
I was eating at Bai Tong with a visiting brother of mine last year, and we watched a full rainbow for nearly an hour. The most persistent one I’ve ever seen in my life.
Rainbows are spectacular and free to watch. The next time you see one, watch it for a while, not just a glance. Notice all the colors, and the fact that the sky within the rainbow is much lighter than the sky outside of the rainbow. Then Google rainbows and find out why that is and learn something new. You will be glad you did.
That’s all from this weather geek.
