Our early start led to some very positive results:
1) we launched at sunrise – see Craig’s photos below;
2) the early light gave a special gleam to the cross, the fort and downtown;
3) the peak high tide enabled us to make short cuts to the Fountain of Youth park providing different views;
4) we were back at the ramp by 10:00, too early for Beaches, so we headed to DOS where we sat outside enjoying coffee and pastries.
