Bill’s bride, Robbie, sent an update to the Spoonbill at 6:49pm this evening:

“Triple bypass. Bill was  just  been moved to a private IC room. He is behaving himself.

Pain meds (lots) given to help and to assist him with sleep. Oddly they have no heart ❤️ hugging pillows so they improvised with tape and a regular pillow. What ever works!

I am wiped out!!!! This is equally as rough on the spouse family. Surgery went well; no extra curve balls ⚾️  thrown in this game.“

And for that good news, we can be thankful.
