The Woman’s Exchange of St. Augustine is a 501C3 charity with the missions of preserving and showing the historic Pena-Peck House, supporting local artisans and providing scholarships to women 30 and older who attend St. Johns River State College — mostly a trade and technical program. We are very proud that we have raised and donated more than $150,000 in the last 20 years. Last year we raised and donated $25,0000. Proceeds from the following event will go to the scholarship fund. Profits benefit the Woman’s Exchange Scholarship Program for women 30 and older returning to school. Imagine you’re a single mom. Or maybe your spouse is disabled or deployed. Or you’re “stuck” in a job with no future. Now imagine that you and your family’s situation would be drastically improved if you could finish that nursing degree or maybe get your accounting license. Now imagine someone gives you a boost and offers to help pay for that degree. That’s what we do. We are the Woman’s Exchange of St. Augustine.
A note about safety: Out of an abundance of respect for everyone’s health and well-being, all CDC guidelines with regard to COVID-19 will be observed. These include, but not limited to, maintaining a safe distance between tables and guests and requiring that all guests wear masks when not seated.
