FROM THE LELAND MGMT SITE:
On April 30, the current system for residents to allow gate access(ABDI) to visitors, vendors and service providers will no longer work.Â
If you are unable to locate the emails and/or texts previously sent to you, please contact Patty Crum or Raquel Duck at Leland Management, (904) 310-4880 at your earliest convenience to get the information you need to sign in to the new system, called SAGE.
Again, failure to register and log in to the new system means you will be unable to allow visitors, vendors or service providers into Marsh Creek.
If you need assistance in logging in, just advise Patty or Raquel and they will arrange for someone to help you. Thank you for your immediate attention to this important matter.

I am very concerned about the implementation of the new gate access system. I have enrolled. However, I have seen nothing explaining what need or how I can get in the owner’s gate. I have sent two “invitations” to expected guests only to be told that they are required to take a picture of their license and upload it. Apparently the uploading doesn’t work in one case and in the other my guest is incensed that she must give her license information to an unknown party. What will the association provide more information about this system. Will I always have to have my phone available to enter MC? My husband does not have a cell phone, how is that handled?
